Do you have a physical store?
We do not currently have a physical store. Keeping our products online lets us focus on providing you with the best quality fragrances. If you want to catch us in person, make sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay in the loop on which pop-up markets we'll be attending!
What fragrance is best for me?
We'd love to help you find your perfect scent! We offer our fragrance sample bundles so you can try your favorites out before committing to a large roll on. If you're looking for a recommendation, please reach out to us directly on Facebook or Instagram @everlyjaneco for a personalized suggestion from one of our team members. We prioritize these personalized scent profile inquiries and aim to respond within 24 hours!
Where are your products manufactured?
Our manufacturers are based in the United States and are members of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), ensuring the quality and safety of all ingredients.
Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. We formulated our body oils specifically for those who struggle with sensitivity, eczema, and psoriasis. Our fragrances are 100% oil-based, meaning they contain no alcohol, which is the primary drying and irritating ingredient in most traditional perfumes.
Why is there no alcohol in your fragrance?
Alcohol (ethanol) is highly drying and irritating, especially for sensitive skin. By using 100% oil, we ensure a gentle application that also helps the scent last longer on the skin.
What kinds of ingredients do your products contain?
Our body oils use DPG as the carrier oil. While most of our fragrances are fully synthetic, some do contain natural ingredients. Our butter lotion is both cruelty-free and vegan! It's a wonderful blend that includes shea butter, aloe, and vitamin E to nourish your skin.
How long does the scent last?
About 12 hours! Since our fragrances are 100% oil, they are designed to melt into your skin and last for several hours. For the best longevity, always apply the roll-on oil after moisturizing your skin.
Where is the best place to apply the body oil?
We recommend applying to all your major pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) where your natural body heat helps project the scent. Read our tips to increase longevity!
Can I use your body oil as a replacement for perfume?
Yes! Our oil is a concentrated fragrance designed to be your signature scent. The oil format provides a beautiful, intimate scent bubble that stays close to you, rather than a traditional perfume's wide projection.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Due to the intimate, sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been opened or applied. This policy ensures the sanitary integrity of every product and is part of the reason we can keep our products so accessible and inexpensive!

My order arrived damaged
We package our products with care, but sometimes accidents happen in transit!
If your product arrived damaged or broken, please let us know within 5 days of receiving the item. We require clear photo evidence of the damage so we can efficiently replace it with the exact item that was affected.
I changed my mind about my order
We understand minds can change quickly! We offer options if your item has not yet been opened or used:

Contact us to cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Items have shipped:
Contact us to email you a shipping label. Once the item is received, send the opened package back to us. Once we receive the package and it is confirmed unopened, your refund will be processed.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order will ship within 2–3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Once your order ships, the delivery time will depend on the carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress once the shipping label is created!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Everly Jane Co. only ships within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!
