Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations: As we offer cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns due to health and safety regulations. However, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request to cancel it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot accept cancellations or returns.

If a return is approved under special circumstances, a 20% restocking fee will apply as our products are packaged to order. This fee helps cover the cost of repackaging and restocking.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you will be charged a return fee. Any additional charges resulting from address issues (e.g., reshipping fees) will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Incorrect postal code or zip code
• Misspelled city or state names
